The report from the SCLM is well over 100 pages long and the tables of contents that they provide do not include page numbers.  I have collected the various tables of contents from their report and consolidated and annotated them.  I have also uploaded the individual sections of their report to the Saint Andrew’s web site as discreet pdf files.  You don’t have to download or view the entire “Blue Book” (some 756 page) in order to read the materials on same-gender blessings.
